1. Acceptance

By using the Surprise Widget app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Surprise Widget is an iOS application that allows users to send special widget cards to each other.

The following actions are prohibited:

You are responsible for the content you create within the app. Do not send content that infringes third-party rights.

We may modify or discontinue the service without prior notice. We will endeavour to inform users of significant changes.

The app is provided "as is". We do not accept liability for service interruptions or data loss.

All content, design, and code in the app belong to Nubit Tech. Unauthorised copying is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Surprise Widget uygulamasını kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

Surprise Widget, kullanıcıların birbirine özel widget kartları göndermesine olanak tanıyan bir iOS uygulamasıdır.

Aşağıdaki kullanımlar yasaktır:

Uygulamada oluşturduğunuz içeriklerden siz sorumlusunuz. Üçüncü taraf haklarını ihlal eden içerik göndermeyiniz.

Hizmeti önceden bildirmeksizin değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde kullanıcıları bilgilendirmeye çalışırız.

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hizmet kesintileri veya veri kayıpları nedeniyle sorumluluk kabul etmiyoruz.

Uygulamadaki tüm içerik, tasarım ve kod Nubit Tech'e aittir. İzinsiz kopyalanamaz.

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
