ZenSip Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ZenSip mobile app ("ZenSip", "we", "us"). By downloading or using ZenSip, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
ZenSip helps you discover, plan, and craft non-alcoholic drinks and mindful rituals, and track how you feel. Content is provided for general wellness and informational purposes only.
2. Not medical or professional advice
ZenSip does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Recipes and suggestions are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. Always check ingredients for allergens, and consult a professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a health condition. Fermented and home-crafted drinks carry inherent risks; follow all safety instructions and use your own judgment.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- ZenSip Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (weekly or yearly).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
Purchases are also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its content, and its design are owned by ZenSip and its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ZenSip for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
ZenSip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Termination
You may stop using ZenSip and delete your data at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
